Eugene Isaacs is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Sociology and Social Policy, University of Leeds, Leeds, England.

Ginette Curry obtained her PhD. in African American and Post-Colonial Literatures in English at the Sorbonne University, Paris III. She is the author of Awakening African Women: The Dynamics of Change published by Cambridge Scholars Press in 2004. Her book is a comparative study of African novels and films about women’s issues in contemporary West Africa and their role in African Development. She is a professor in the Department of English at Florida International University.
